"Amazing location. Parking is $23 a day. Our room was on a patio that the room next to us had access to only. We were on the first floor and it sort of felt dark and basement like even though there was a big window as we only look out into the side concrete stairs."

"The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

"This is a motel that has been up graded. Behind the motel is an open green space that was great for our dog and us. Spent a couple hours drinking cold beer and unwinding from our travels. The bed was a king, which we paid extra for, but was to hard. We also had to pay extra, $35 for our small dog. We just needed a place to stay for one night and it worked ok."

"This is a relatively new premise that has been well maintained. Whether its location works for a particular guest depends on what that person's plans are. It is quite close to a highway, although if one puts ear-plugs on when one goes to bed, then the noise level is not a problem. But because it is close to a highway, it does not take too long to drive west to the terminus for the Expo Line of the SkyTrain system, from where one can reach downtown Vancouver in about 45 minutes. "Convenient location with many restaurants nearby. Older property near the end of its life, so some scruffy parts. Pool is no longer used. Economical choice."
