J'ai attendu 2HEURES que l'on m'envoie le code pour récupérer ma clé.Et enfin onm'a dit d'aller voir ailleurs car ils avaient un problème technique. J'ATTENDS TOUJOURS MON REMBOURSEMENT CAR BIEN ILS AVAIENT ENCAISSE MA NUIT. Je connaille a hOTEL.COM de déréférencer cet hotel.Une honte... "
