"Served a great variety of fresh and hot breakfast items! Breakfast staff was very welcoming and friendly! Desk staff were helpful. Had a toilet issue and maintenance was there right away and friendly. Nice big pool and two hot tubs. Walking distance to many restaurants, Arch and the Dome. Definitely recommend this hotel. Listen to reviews on the parking garage!! An Expedition will NOT fit the height or the first turn. We took our mini van and it was very tight getting around the first corner...

"Great place to stay! Quiet and close to everything. "

"This is my 4th time staying here with two large pups. I checked in on April 2 in the evening. I was greeted by the most welcoming person at the desk. I wish I had written her name down. She checked us in and explained everything. She anticipated any unforeseen needs for us! The room was spacious and spotless. There is a dog park right next door for the dogs and art to view. Walkability is 10/10 from the ballpark to dog friendly restaurants to great parks and shopping. Restaurant on...

"We pulled in late night with a u-haul truck and the friendly and accommodating desk clerk had a space on the street marked off for us! The location, easy on and off the Interstate, is right downtown and next to sports arenas but for us was very quiet and safe street parking (cars have a garage). Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We'd stay here again."

"The property was nice but dated. There were not enough outlets, sink faucet not attached, awful room spray, only 1 of 4 elevators working with a very busy hotel makes for 10+ minute waits. QR codes on the room menus did not work so it was difficult to order food or even know what was offered. Plenty of staff and those interacted with were very kind. "

"Welcomes pets but toilet was not cleaned thoroughly and the room had a light odor that was not pleasant. The refrigerator in the room did not work so my beverages never got cold. However, the staff was super welcoming, friendly and professional. Also, parking was horrible and far and to top it off I had to pay $44 per day for SELF PARKING. I will not be staying here again."

This time we were on the 24th floor. It was a bit loud up there do to the roof top bar and grill, but it wasnt bad enough to stop sleep "
