Overall, I would give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars! What truly makes this place special is the amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, courteous, welcoming, and very accommodating. They make you feel comfortable and valued as a guest, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel is definitely worth every penny! While there is still room for improvement, I believe this place has so much potential to become even better.
I would love to see a few improvements in the future:
- Shuttle Service: Providing transportation or shuttle services would make it more convenient for guests.
- More Tours and Excursions: Offering a wider variety of tours would give guests more opportunities to explore and enjoy their vacation.
- More Activities and Entertainment: Activities such as jet skiing, karaoke nights, dancing, Zumba classes, and other fun group activities would make the stay even more exciting.
- Better Food Options and Service: A wider selection of meals, improved food quality, better cooking, and more efficient dining service would greatly enhance the experience.
- Currency and Bill Exchange Machine: It would be helpful to have a machine that can exchange larger bills for smaller denominations, similar to the change machines available in laundromats.
