One of the best parts was having access to both beach and pool chairs, such a nice perk because we didn’t feel the need to go to beach clubs since everything we needed was already there. "Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city."

"My friend and I stayed for three days, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We received the room two hours late because it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We never had direct communication with the host and were never given an access code to enter the room. If it hadn’t been for the building’s doorman, we would have been left outside. On top of that, the internet was very poor and barely worked. The shower had almost no water pressure, and to make matters worse, the power went out one night...
