"Majestic Elegance Punta Cana had the highest level of service of the three resorts I have stayed at in the area. Very helpful and friendly staff, immaculate facilities, all around fantastic. One suggested improvement is to heat the adult pool. "

The beach was also very clean. I highly recommend this hotel — we were treated to a VIP lounge check-in with champagne, which made our stay even more special.
