The room was beautifully spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. My son especially loved enjoying his own onsen experience in the bathtub, which made our stay even more memorable. The refillable water provided by the hotel was another thoughtful convenience that we truly appreciated. The frequent shuttle service to Karuizawa train station added great ease to our travels and enhanced the overall experience. "Room is huge by Japan standard, a great resort feel. Did not used the Pool. The staffs were really helpful and quite observant! Foods in the buffer and Italian restaurant were great, of course good stuffs don't come cheap. The location is good, as it was intended for outdoor activities. Just that getting around would require transportation (car)."
