What I find even more shocking is the replies to critical feedback from the Hotel’s Director General. Defensive and threatening rather than taking feedback onboard to improve services. "A breathtaking view and a wonderful getaway, especially for couples. We stayed in an annex room. The air conditioning in that room is not adequate for summer temperatures. (No heat wave, just normal temps) We requested a fan but was not available. Had we known, would have bought one in Cagliari and donated. We had two rather uncomfortable nights. Otherwise, meals were excellent. All staff gracious and accommodating. It is a remarkable experience."

"Eine schöne Poolanlage mit sehr bequemen Liegen und einem hervorragenden Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind allerdings etwas altmodisch und recht klein. Alles ist recht weitläufig, sodass man oft Treppen steigen muss, was aber nicht weiter stört. Der Strand ist ebenfalls ok, die Liegen dort sind super, allerdings ist es weit entfernt und es handelt sich um einen Kiesstrand. Das Personal am Empfang könnte noch professioneller geschult sein, doch die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich."
