"The hotel is beautiful and modern, but that’s where it ends. Check in was fast, but our first room had an issue where all lights in the unit repeatedly turned on throughout the night. They did rectify the issue by moving us, which was the only positive. Pools are freezing, lounge chairs are impossible to get, and restaurant/bar service was painfully slow. I’ve been chasing a copy of my invoice from February, with no response via email or a phone call back (after 5 voicemails). Management...

"There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! "
