"We were very excited to stay at this hotel after seeing the photos, but unfortunately it turned out to be a major disappointment.
First of all, there was no proper hot water in our room. Even though we reported the issue to the reception several times, it was not addressed promptly. We were eventually told that, in order to get hot water in the shower, we first had to run the hot water in the bathtub and wait. In addition, dirty water came out when we turned on the taps.

"Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und aussergewöhnlich nett. Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Frühstück ist ok. Könnte etwas mehr Auswahl sein. Wurst und Käse fehlen. Dafür gibt es eine Omelett Station und die Ingwer shots sind legendär 😂 der Weg zum Strand sind nur 5 min an mehreren Verkaufsständen vorbei und einer Bar, die von locals besucht wird. "Nothing at all to complain about regarding the hotel, it was excellent, but just note that the bay and the tide makes it not ideal for swimming/bathing at all times. But on the other hand, there is a looong pool available, so if the idea is to exercise swimming, this pool was excellent."
"The hotel is very big yet beautiful. The rooms are spacious and we were pleased to find a hairdryer in the bathroom. Evening entertainment was great but also easily avoided if required. We also enjoyed the selection of pools and meals on offer! Would highly recommend this hotel."
