"The hotel was very poor quality, stains on sheets when I arrived. Shared bathroom per floor, bathroom was poor quality too. Parking was okay. But this was definitely not worth it and I’d like a refund."

"Nous avons apprécié le sur classement offert par l'hôtel pour notre unique nuit a Hyatt House. Merci.
Nous devions quitter très tôt l'hôtel pour aller a la gare juste a côté, 6h30 le petit déjeuner inclu n'était pas dressé. Le Samedi c'est a 7h.
Si vous devez vous rendre a la Station de train juste a côté, sachez que l ascenseur pour accéder a la passerelle est en panne et l'environnement pas très propre. Vous devrez prendre des escaliers, difficile si vous avez des valises. L'hôtel n'est pas...

"Parts of Emeryville may be a little iffy and it seems true for the outskirts of where this hotel is located. However, they take precautions to help provide peace of mind and safeguard their guests’ safety, which u super appreciate - security guard patrolling the parking lot at night and access to the elevator with a hotel key cards.
While the outside might look a bit worn, don’t judge a book by its cover. The interior of this hotel has been renovated and is in great shape.
