First upon check in policy is clean your room every other day whereas optional every day is the Hilton Marriott standard but apparently not Loews. I see a patterns with Loews management group to cut corners on management and place customers in awkward situations. Second, no room service while hosting an international tech conference with people working all hours…. Will not have staff at front desk to help or anyone...

"There were ants all over my room especially the bathroom counter. I couldn’t get a full room service of changing bed sheets until Day 3. Which I put my room on their books for it and didn’t get it until Day 5. Which was basically more than half of my stay. Then, once they did do the service, they didn’t refill the soap/shampoo containers. It is a 2 floor hotel but no elevator and I had my baby with me. I had to go up and down with our luggage and him in my arms. Staff were not on the same page...
