"When I booked this hotel, I made sure breakfast was included, but when I got there and asked about it, they told me it wasn’t, which was pretty disappointing. The front desk staff were nice, but the hotel itself is very old and feels really run-down. It honestly looked almost abandoned because it was so empty. "Las habitaciones sucias y con mal olor, y fumaban tuve que pedir que nos cambiaran, la segunda olía menos a cigarrillo pero estaba sucia igual, el aire viejo tambien en mal estado, no lo recomiendo, el área del desayuno el bajo que tenía no me dejo ni desayunar no lo tome igual sucia esa área. "The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help."

"They were doing construction and I did not know about it so my youngest couldn’t nap with the noise. Site said game room and my kids were very excited and it turned out to be casino machines which obv they aren’t allowed to do. First room tv was shot didn’t work second room was ok I guess. No room numbers & replaced with blue tape with sharpie. If I had known about construction I would’ve picked somewhere else."

"This is definitely an older hotel. Its location was great. Easy walk to the outlet stores and TLC Park which is especially great for kids. Breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal and a variety of pastries, yogurt and fruit cups. There are some areas that need fixing. The carpet by the fireplace had a spot that looked like it burnt the carpet and hurt to walk on. Pool was nice and being enclosed would be a great place during the winter."

"When we checked in we waited for our room to be ready, at 3:56pm I asked if it was ready. They said it was. Upon entering the room we noticed several issues, no toilet paper and no refill,smudges in the bathroom mirror as well as in the balcony door, sink dirty and stained. The tub was clogged and took forever for the water to go down the drain, there was no body wash gel, hardly any shampoo towels did not look clean but reclycled. The place over packed, not enough staff to accommodate everyone,...

"Room 107 was small and out dated, smelled musty, stains on the walls,mold on the shower curtain, sink was held up by a table leg, bed was so uncomfortable and only had 2 flat pillows for a queen size bed and under the bed had crumbs and dirt that was not cleaned from prior guest was just covered by the comforter. Room was overpriced and I would NEVER stay there again!! "
