"The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help."

"The place was clean but it appears that the Continental Breakfast was taken away. Also, when I went to check out and place my room key on the Customer Service counter there was no attendant there. Other people were there in the lobby and just placed their room key on the counter top and walked out. I thought that there should have been at least one person there to help check people out. That part was unprofessional I thought."

"This is definitely an older hotel. Its location was great. Easy walk to the outlet stores and TLC Park which is especially great for kids. Breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal and a variety of pastries, yogurt and fruit cups. There are some areas that need fixing. The carpet by the fireplace had a spot that looked like it burnt the carpet and hurt to walk on. Pool was nice and being enclosed would be a great place during the winter."

"We showed up in a terrible storm, power out in most of the surrounding area for days. We managed to get two of the last rooms. The room price was cheap, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool, gym, and claw machines kept my niece occupied, and they even had a hotel bar open on weekends for the adults. Would definitely stay again."
