"Disappointing experience. Pool so cold my kid’s lips turned blue within a few minutes; luke warm hot tub (several other guests also commented on how cold it was); scum was floating on the top of the bubbles when the hot tub jets came on and the jets blew in cold water; found a wad of hair on the floor in our room; a huge crack around the poorly-fitting door let bright hallway light in (had to put a rolled towel on the floor along the bottom crack but couldn’t block the vertical edge); asked for more towels for our second day and we received tiny, scratchy pool towels; as a person with food sensitivities, the in-house restaurant had very little available to eat and it was very pricey (tiny salad was $14+ and left me hungry); the store with foods to buy was lacking in substance (I was interested in even just a banana or apple but it was all packaged and processed stuff). The best part was being able to park free when we went to the GRPM across the street. Will NOT return."
