"Extremely disappointing experience. The place was dirty and poorly maintained, the furniture was broken, the toilet and AC did not work properly, and the amenities were in terrible condition. We also had a very upsetting privacy issue during our stay. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place."

"We had a wonderful one-night stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Huntsville this weekend. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was great. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast selection — it would be nice to have more variety and better options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again."

"Trying to even find a place at the office to check in was nearly impossible without walking a staircase. Balcony and stairway in desperate need of upgrading. When entering the entrance carpet looked like there was mud and whatever else was on it. The entrance door was dirty. Do bad we left and got a room down the road for the same price. Was told I would not get my money back but it was worth it just to get out of there"

"The room itself was clean , expect the 3 cockroaches I found crawling in the bathroom. No one at the reception - you have to call , no towel , garbage pick up . For 2 nights no one pickier out garbage . The place is close to the beach, like 15 min walk."

The goal was to utilize the pull out sofa which didn’t work. The hotel front desk man came to try to help. Whoever used it before us got the mattress stuck and it wouldn’t properly open.
