Short stay - great experience in the city.

Perfect short stay, excellent value for money, super friendly staff, tasty breakfast with everything you need, fresh crusty bread and amazing croissants. Will come back!

Even though the room was fairly small, the design makes it feel larger. Nice bathroom. Comfy bed. Super convenient to the train station.

The property looks good. An air coditioning in the room would have been nice. The room was very hot. Opening all the windows solved the problem.

Their staff Agota very friendly...I must give her 5 star. But room's chair was destroyed , maybe they need to put chair cover if they won't to change the chair

The hotel is actually split across two seperate buildings. This isn’t a problem but something that’s not obvious from their website. The room was clean and comfortable. But no tea/coffee, fridge, iron, or air con! Not a problem in October but might be in summer! Functional but certainly no more. Benefit is very close to Hauptbahnhof. If you need a simple but comfortable option, this is it.

Looks like an office building, terrible lobby area, grouchy receptionist, no AC, no coffee machine in the rooms, very basic small rooms! Paid over $250 per night ( I think inflated due to Eurocup) . Should be $50-$75 per night. Definitely won’t go back.

Can't review the property, as I was sent an email stating I was moved to a different hotel that was much further from the train station. Still trying to sort out a reimbursement for the taxi. Have asked several times. It would have been better to be given the option for me to find an alternative hotel if I was not happy with the location.

Das Hotel ist sauber, die Betten sind gut, die Raumgröße ist o.k., das Personal freundlich. Es sind die Kleinigkeiten. Ich war in der Außenunterkunft. Hier ging Nachts der Fahrstuhl nicht, der schon bei der Ankunft verdreckt war. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Innenstadt und ich mag es, dass ich es vom HBF aus schnell erreichen und mich in der Innenstadt mit Freunden treffen kann. Wie jede Innenstadt gibt es Licht und Schatten.
