"We stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
The problems started at check-in. The front desk staff was rude, and we had to wait about 40 minutes because of an issue in their system. We were exhausted after traveling and had a small child who was tired and ready to sleep.
From the beginning, the hotel did not want to give us the room type we had booked through Expedia. The listing showed a room with a balcony, and that was the room I reserved....

"The laundry in the room is a big plus if you’re staying for an extended period. Which we were. Having a kitchen will bigger sized refrigerator is great too for the same reason.
Things that weren’t as great is the place was literally invaded with pets. And more than 1 pit bull, so they don’t care which breeds apparently. It’s hard for a place not to get run down and smelly with this many animals, it is taking a toll.

"Charging for parking. I have never stayed at a place, a Hampton Inn that I have had to pay for parking. Especially when you don't have that kind of money.
