"We stayed at this hotel again with our car. Hotel gaves me parking card to use parking lot. Parking building was close to hotel . Very convenient. Hotel is good for parking,breakfast ,traffic to center of city. I recommend this hotel strongly"

"Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The hotel was centrally located, close to transit and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff were courteous and pleasant. We did reserve a suite however the couch/ side chairs were not comfortable; a minor issue since we were not spending a great deal of time in the room. The wifi was slow and the showerhead was awkwardly placed in the corner of the bath. Given we were visiting the area during a summer heat wave, the air conditioning was wonderful."

"The room was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the check in and out was incredibly easy! It was a good location next to a shopping centre with plenty of places to eat and a supermarket in there. Public transport was nearby making it easy to get around Prague. It was walkable too but took about 30 mins to walk to the touristy areas of Prague."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Fresh omlet station was a big hit. It’s a very large hotel so keep that in mind. But there’s parking and it’s very conveniently located. I would def recommend it!"

"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"The room was a good size & very clean. It offered everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was good but choices were limited. The reception staff were friendly but were not visible on entry due to the position & height of the reception desk & this unfortunately gave a feeling of ‘being ignored’. The air con was good."

"Great location with brilliant transport links. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was brilliant. The breakfast had lots of choice and really set us up for busy days sight seeing."

"Yes, the hotel staff was very accommodating and the cafe/lobby was available and comfortable, but the hotel was also close to tram stops to take us around the city and was also within walking distance to the river to stroll up to the Charles Bridge. And who doesn't enjoy a floating piece of art outside their hotel?"

"High quality hotel, superb and comfortable stay. Buses main stop and access to metro A right around the corner. Guests pay for breakfast."

"Beautiful hotel well situated to access public transport, shops and attractions. We ate dinner in the bar 2 nights and both days it was delicious. Staff on reception and bar were very friendly. I would return again next time I am in Prague. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. Rooms are a good size and very clean."
