"Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled."

"Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in."

"This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of). "I had a good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Austin South. It’s a solid business hotel with everything you need for a comfortable trip. The room was clean and well kept, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a pool, gym, and bar/lounge. The staff was welcoming and nice. The location was also convenient, close to the freeway and near a Walmart, which made quick stops easy. Overall, a reliable and very pleasant place to stay in Austin."

"Our suite was clean and spacious, however the shower door was very hard to open, it looked to be off the track. Staff was very friendly during check in and out and the lady in charge of breakfast area. Nice breakfast area and set up. The neighborhood is not walkable or close to any restaurants. We do recommend this hotel specifically if you are there for work."
