"I first would like to say, reviews before booking the room for the weekend were great. And I normally don't leave reviews, but...Parking is tight and not enough. NO towels in the room, never have I had that happen; had to go back to desk (separate attached building outside) for them after checking in. No hooks or towel bars of any sort in bathroom, so nowhere to put towel after use. Not a working clock and most plugs didn't work for electronics. Not enough lighting in room and small desk lamp...

"We loved the pools, hot tub, breakfast s especially the custom omelets. The evening happy hour drinks were most welcome. Beds were comfortable and the staff , especially the front desk staff was superb. Clean and well maintained."

"It was an ok stay . we were in Tennessee for business/personal. The breakfast was pretty terrible and it had good reviews. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable things to sleep on. The bottom sheet would not stay on for anything. The balcony view was amazing. It was in a quite side of town which was good and it was not the worst walk to skybridge about 20 minutes. Would only stay here again if they allowed dogs - which by the way I did see a lot of dogs that were supposed to be...

"Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town."

"I have driven by this lodge for 25 years. I finally decided to try it out since I needed a one night’s stat before a hike in the Smokies. I loved everything about it. Great staff - very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Loved the thick towels and comfy bed. Lots of hot water! Pool was nice. Loved that it was walkable to Gatlinburg restaurants and shops. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Gatlinburg!"
