The rooms are decent. The first one we got for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) was a huge corner room with floor to ceiling windows, some of which were cracked. Since there were two openable windows in the room, we were able to get the air to circulate a bit.

"Our only regret staying at the Waters was that we only booked one night! The setting and facilities were phenomenal, and our hosts took such good care of us.
