"I’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed my stay more and more each time. The hotel staff are amazing and helpful. The hotel is clean and welcoming. It’s also walkable to all of the shopping and food establishments in Buckhead."

"Nice hotel. Clean and Staff friendly. Airport shuttle is a plus as is onsite restaurant (bar and bar food) so we didn't need to go out after getti g to hotel. Will definitely stay again"

"The Whole time I was there, I felt like those people at the bar trying to have a drink or read- trying to act like it was enjoyable while loud construction was going on. I was trying to convince this place wasn’t as bad as it was. Been to two other hard rock hotels which were great- this was not. The entire lobby was being demolished it seemed like, loud construction and chairs and tables thrown into another room. Cable out on last night Holes and stains on carpet The mattress sheet was put on upside down/too small and kept popping off the entire stay. Asked for help to fix this about three times- each time they just tucked it back in for it to pop back off. No one here seemed to really want to help for any reason. At least I didn’t see any bedbugs because I kept getting good looks at the bare mattress. Gym not kept/dirty Nothing really around unless you’re going to State Farm or Mercedes It’s like no one there has worked anywhere before- every interaction is either awkward or indifferent or flat out rude- except bald beard guy In room cooler didn’t cool- they told me I was supposed to fill a drawer with no drain and a light inside with ice for it to cool. More of the same “just get out of my face, dude” service here. The amenity closet was a good idea, the room decor was nice. "
