"Clean comfortable room. Great breakfast."

"The hotel is superb. The facilities were clean. We arrived really late on a Saturday night, and the front desk person was super friendly. He answered our WhatsApp message and sent us photos and instructions on where to meet the shuttle and driver. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices in the buffet. We will definitely stay here when we’re back in Porto."

"Nuno the driver was very helpful and gave me video info where the hotel pickup was via WhatsApp. Similar to drop off, he made it understood what level we had to go to for departure. Nice to see someone like him with enthusiasm at pickup."

"The staff is very pleasant and helpful! A nice downhill 15-20 min walk will bring you where the action is in old Porto by the river! The property is thoughtfully laid out with an inviting garden and interesting art work in the hallways. The washroom is clean and modern. The kitchenette is cute and functional. Great job team 705!"

"Definitely a 3 star hotel . The room smelled like mold . Everything was a bit outdated. I arrived at 12am and the guy at the front desk kept asking me for the same things after giving them to him already. He took my passport , gave it back to me then asked for it again.. he did that a few times .. kinda annoying to deal with that late at night . Also I don’t know when’s the last time someone emptied the garbage cans in middle of the hallway but the hallway really stunk bad. Breakfast was meh ....

"If using the indoor pool, bring a swim cap and flip flops so you don’t need to purchase them. Otherwise, great stay just outside of Porto. We used Bolt to get around during our stay."

"This was our first visit to Portugal, and Porto Palácio Hotel gave us a wonderful first impression. The entrance is beautiful and grand, and check-in was quick and seamless. We arrived early, so the hotel stored our luggage and invited us to enjoy a complimentary drink and nuts at the rooftop bar while we waited. The panoramic views over Porto were incredible, especially at sunset. Our room was spacious, comfortable and easy to navigate. The toilet and bath/shower being in separate rooms worked...
