"The staff were lovely, but the cleaning staff didn't seem to want to refill the cup supply or the ice bags, and I was there a week and a half. The room's carpet was gross, the ice machine on the 3rd flr was broken (how hard is it to get that fixed?) and the breakfasts were okay. Shout out to the staffer who kept the buffet in such good shape."

"This hotel is badly in need of maintenance and perhaps new management. The stairway carpets looked as though they had not been cleaned for weeks and must have been over 10 years old. Breakfast was in a room by the lobby and did not vary for the almost 4 weeks we were there. "My husband and I spent 9 days at the hotel. Our stay there was very pleasant. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the hotel seemed brand new with all of the ammenties you would need. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. Free breakfast daily included in the cost of your stay. We want to give a huge shout out to John for all of the help and information he gave to us while we were there in Tuscan. From local restaurants and things to see. Not to mention his sweet personality and always...

"Poor conditions, bad odor in the room, lack of communication from staff on paid parking. Housekeeping never came up to clean our room. This hotel should be rated a 2 Star. Best part of the two star would be for the location as it is 2 mins from The university of Arizona."

"First thing I didn't like smell in the room when I opened the door. Room is well decorated and bed is comfy. Smell was not good. I have to use my perfume to make it manageable. Its kind of loud location cuz its right by freeway. Thermostat was difficult to operate. Pool is nice. It heated. Its cute decorated outside. Plenty of places to relax by the pool. Bar is right by it. I didn't like the smell in the room. Otherwise it was fine"
