"The room was really uncomfortable and small and there were loud drunk people almost all night. The shower and room is definitely not set up if you have little kids. Very dangerous. The pool was messy and people had alcohol cups and trash everywhere. We did not get a restful sleep either night. And the floors were SO GROSS could not walk barefoot or in socks."

"It is not city center! It's false advertisement. Pool is not heated. Walls and lamp shades were stained. It's not getting 1 star because the staff were very friendly. "

"First thing I didn't like smell in the room when I opened the door. Room is well decorated and bed is comfy. Smell was not good. I have to use my perfume to make it manageable. Its kind of loud location cuz its right by freeway. Thermostat was difficult to operate. Pool is nice. It heated. Its cute decorated outside. Plenty of places to relax by the pool. Bar is right by it. I didn't like the smell in the room. Otherwise it was fine"

"The main pool was out of order but nobody bothered to mention it when we checked in. On top of that our room smelled like sewage. The staff was quick to move our room and offer some complimentary drinks due the pool situation, so I appreciate that, but the “luxury” is certainly lacking at this property. Piece of advice, clean the stairs to the water slide and at least skim the broken pool with a net so guests dont have to look at all the nasty crap floating in the water, even if its not useable."
