"This hotel is badly in need of maintenance and perhaps new management. The stairway carpets looked as though they had not been cleaned for weeks and must have been over 10 years old. Breakfast was in a room by the lobby and did not vary for the almost 4 weeks we were there. The room was not well attended during breakfast hours and we often had to ask them to refill the coffee machine. The outdoor pool was closed. "The hotel itself looks like a whimsical little place that belongs on Disney Lane, with its white iron fencing and pastel doors. The staff were amazing, the room was extremely clean. I would be lying to you if I told you that I was not a little uneasy pulling into the property due to the surrounding area, but quickly embraced this sweet little place and those behind the counter. At no time did I ever feel insecure or unsafe."

"Property is clean. Customer service was excellent the surrounding area was Quiet. comforter in blankets, along with towels,could be upgraded, but excluding all of that slept very comfortably on the mattress. We were well taken care of."
