"Rooms redone but no easy chair. A very weird experience. I was told that none of the rooms had them despite the updated room photos on the web showing them. Hard to relax except on the bed. The gym equipment is also severely outdated and desperately needs replaced. "

The maintenance guy argued he was not in our bed but we saw him. Reported to the manager on Monday AM. He said he would look into it. No compensation provided."
