"Property is absolutely the opposite of what is pictured. It presents itself as unkept, poorly managed, and rent by the hour. From the parking lot it looked questionable. The room was not ready and smelled like a bar room from the 70s. "

We stayed in November, so it wasn't a good time to enjoy all the parks and gardens, which is a shame, because they were very nice. The shopping wasn't unique at all, but I think if the Farmer's Market had been going on we would have loved it.

Midland has a BIG small town feel. Love driving around the town and seeing the very clean and neatly manicured houses and property.
