"Love this chain of hotels "

"The breakfast was fair. The muffins were "tough", the chicken sauage was a hockey puck and the bananas were disgusting. Looked ok on the outside but the inside was always brown and mushy. One waffle iron was broken so waffle lines were super busy and long. You maybe need some better options. The breakfast staff were all nice and pleasant. "

"The lady at the desk thoroughly explained all of the amenities included in our stay. That was super helpful because last time I missed out on credits to the restaurants because it wasn’t thoroughly explained as it was this time. I really appreciated all of her assistance and friendliness while checking in. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel staff was very helpful in allowing me to check in early due to my flight landing earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated. The other reviews speaking about the train being loud, i truly didn’t experience this. However, my room was on a higher floor so I heard the train go by but it wasn’t loud and definitely didn’t wake me up out of my sleep. Something I wish I would’ve known before hand was that this hotel doesn’t have a pool. My hotel room was clean however the shower in the bathroom was not. Also, around 8am I needed more towels I was told by the front desk that the cleaning staff wasn’t there yet and that I could come down to the front desk to grab them unless I wanted to wait for them to arrive. These are all just things to make mental note of when booking here. Overall, friendly staff and great views of the city from my hotel room."
