"The staff was wonderful."

"The property was beautiful and in great location. The staff was fantastic and tried very hard to meet any needs. My biggest concern was the need for updated carpets and sofa in my room and the stairs leading to my room were very rickety. I’d stay here again but do want management to be aware."

"Check in process was seamless and instructions were very clear for a virtual check in/out. Amenities were 10/10. We got lots of space for the amount we paid for it. Same price as a hotel room, but we got a whole 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer, pots and pans and a full kitchen. It was 95 degrees outside during our stay and the AC definitely gave the heat a run for its money. The location was super close to downtown/everywhere we traveled (within 5-10 minutes)...

"Everything about the property was fine, but in the room, not so much. When the sheets were pulled down on one of the beds, there was a spot of blood on the sheets. And old food had been left in the microwave. These problems were raised at the desk and to our delight, the room was comped!"

"The dining room and bar set-up were very misleading. It is obvious by the looks of both the dining room and bar that there at one time were both a full breakfast bar and a full cocktail bar. When I called back in January of '26, a lady at the front desk asdured me that they served breakfast. The day after I arrived, I went down for breakfast but was tod by a staff member that they "never served breakfadt". B.S.! She flat out lied to my face. Other than that, my stay was mostly fine. "People at front desk could use some training, they were not to friendly and acted like they didnt want to be there that was obvious. Restaurant staff was great morning or night."

"This hotel is in a great location, a lot of options that are walkable which is good because it’s a pain to get your car out. The valet staff are good it’s just hard to get in and out and there’s not much room for parked cars. The lobby is located on the 13th floor where the bar is, and while that has great views and it’s a fun atmosphere it’s not a great place for the lobby. Usually I stop by on my way out and use the amenities or ask questions but it’s not on way out and it’s inconvenient....

"Only 2 working elevators of the 4 and housekeeping was using them too making the wait when you had your suitcase and couldn’t use the stairs way too long and then cramming people in."
