"Very clean, very nice staff. Only small issue is I did ask for housekeeping services since I was staying for 3 nights and they never came."

"We had a good stay. The shower was extremely high power (I loved it, wife hated it). Staff were very nice and helpful. Building and clientele were bit rough. Back door to hotel does not lock properly so people are wondering in and out, with lots of marijuana smoke all around. Pool was green with algae so the "view" was either it or the run down parking lot. "

"Every staff member interaction I had was very pleasant! Willing to answer any question I had about my stay and willing to assist if needed. The facilities were great the room smelled fresh appeared very clean. All areas were very clean looking and feeling. The gym was nice had towels available if needed and a water fountain located in the gym with cups provided "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The evening staff is incredible. However the hotel was under renovation so our room was just a little hot. We are not complaining, however. Morning ladies are a little rude. But the lady and her trainee that she was training that evening made up for them completely. That duo was incredible Our whole stay."

"My vehicle was broken into. The manager said that the security staff was not working that night and apologized. Their security gate was broken, and they said that they were not willing to do anything to assist with the damages or compensate in any way. Multiple vehicles were broken into, this is not safe place to stay, and the staff was very unapologetic about it."

"Stay somewhere else period! They hold 75 dollars for incidentals on your card. My child had a nose bleed while sleeping and they charged my card 300 dollars to clean the sheets. I also took pics and notified the front desk when i noticed the blood and they still charged the ridiculous amount. Also, the bed had a mattress protector on it that blood also got on and all they had to do was wash them immediately in cold water, but instead they allowed them to dry and over charged me. This is not a 5...

"Arrived at breakfast approximately 20 minutes before it ended. Egg “patties” were burned along edges and sides. Very limited on bread choices. Sausage was gone ( some was brought out when I was ready to leave the area) coffee basically brown water. Toilet floor flange leaked Sink stopper did not work. I reserved a king bed and was put in a queen. Disappointed "
