"Was sent to the wrong room first thing. Finally sent in the right direction. Once in the room, found dead bugs throughout the room, found what looked like a pizza stain on the bed and a few other suspicious stains very visible. Lots of hair on the sheet and just overall not a clean place as it says on when booking. Would love my ridiculous $300 back for the worst 6hrs of sleep"

"This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also."

"The room had an odor. The top sheet on the bed was too small for the mattress and kept coming off. The top of the refrigerator was dirty. Some of the dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty. The coffee maker was missing the drawer that holds the coffee pods. There were mold stains on the caulk in the shower. There was a sock from a previous occupant on the floor next to one of the end tables next to the bed. Felt that the chairs in the breakfast area looked shabby (fabric shredded...

"Some aspects were pretty dated but it was super clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Had a bit of a problem with my first room but it was easily straightened out by Tammy. Housekeeping did a wonderful job."

"Not much amenities. I didn’t like it when homeless people were allowed to enter and get food during breakfast and the management didn’t do anything about it while we customers paid for the service."

"There was a water leak across the hallway and the overnight repairs kept us awake all night. The following morning our room didn’t have any water pressure. There was no manager on scene and despite two messages, we were never contacted by anyone. Mistakes can definitely happen but the lack of communication was terrible."
