"The hotel and room were extremely clean, and the staff were very helpful! When we arrived, my daughter was a bit upset as she had lost something during our travels. The front desk noticed and immediately offered her some tea, which was greatly appreciated! Location is fantastic close enough to walk to everything far enough away that you’re not great in the tourist type of Times Square. Only thing that would’ve made it better was coffee in the room."

"The lobby was in shambles and under construction without any notice. The lobby was about 5 feet wide with no space for my wife and I and other customers to be inside the same time. There was one person at front desk. it took about 30 minutes to check in. The room was very small but I guess for the middle of the city, can’t complain about that.
