"Staff was amazing, as usual. The key card did not work the first time we tried and they were absolutely apologetic and even sent a staff member back up with us to ensure the key worked that time. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Love the location as we are able to walk to any event we go to. Love this place!
Only inconvenience and not a complaint, was there was only one elevator working. Again not a huge deal, just gave us a chance to meet some new people while we waited."

"To look at the hotel you would initially expect better. But unfortunately that is as far as it goes. There is a very strong odd odor in the lobby and also a very strong chemical cleaning odor in hallways and rooms. The comforters on beds were visibly stained and the rest of the bedding was dingy looking and did not smell clean. The pillows are horrible. The floor you could see dirt still everywhere.
The bathroom had brown marks in wall by toilet. The shower faucet and head were...
