"We came down to move my daughter into college and stayed at this hotel because of the convenience. However, the rooms are so nice. Well kept in spacious. The staff is so nice and helpful. The restaurant on the 12th for the V so good and perfect for a night of watching fireworks at Disneyland. We just love this hotel. It’s perfect for us when we come down to visit often."

"Unfortunately I believed the good reviews on this hotel when I booked. Will not be staying here again. Rooms are old, dirty and worn. Bathroom smelled like sewage, dirty towels. Strange smell in room. Mosquitoes everywhere, my daughter got bit multiple times in the hotel cafe. AC not working in hallways, elevators and lobby bathroom. Sketchy people outside, even heard a day employee tell the night employee to lock the front doors and "stay safe" staff were nice, but not enough to make up for...

"We had a two-night stay with our two kids at this hotel. The location was convenient, and parking and breakfast were included. However, the property felt outdated, from the elevator to the worn furniture. The air conditioning was loud and directly blew onto our desk, and the bathtub faucet leaked. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and housekeeping was only provided upon request. The breakfast was minimal. At check-in, the front desk felt cold and unhelpful. On checkout morning, the toilet wouldn’t flush....

"My friend and I were traveling by Amtrak. I chose this hotel because it was a well-rated hotel that was close to the Fullerton Transportation Center. The location worked out well for us. We took Lyft rides to the Transportation Center on both days that we were there, and the rides were quick and under $10. There's a bus route along Harbor Boulevard, which would be even less expensive. The hotel's area also has numerous places to get food and there's a Target store close by.

"The hotel was nice and close to Disneyland. We went on 40°c days, so the kids went back to the hotel to have a swim after lunch.
We had 5 of us, so had to hire an extra bed for the room, staff were really helpful in sorting that out as I didn't realise it wasn't included in my booking. It was $20 a night.
We were in Building 2. The elevators are pretty slow, but there was an ice machine on each level.
There are 4 washing machines and 4 dryers on the ground floor, though one of each were out of...
