"Everything was great"

"My family and I all met in Canton for a few days and we all stayed at the Hyatt. The staff was very accomodating and put us all on the same floor. The rooms were very spacious, included a refrigerator, coffee maker, iron/iron board. For the most part everything was very clean and smelled clean. "The staff was pleasant and helpful, the rooms clean and the breakfast was a great budget friendly option for a family."

"Adore the staff so always a 10/10 for me but the property is showing it's age."

"Only stayed a quick overnight but nice hotel, large lobby and a very charming courtyard."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is also conveniently located. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!"

"Great place in all categories"

"Stayed here because I wanted a outside pool with food and bar service for relaxation. Of course the property is complete with beautiful views of golf course but everything else dates back to the original ( 1990's) opening day. So sad that such a wonderful property has been let go and never changes. I did enjoy my time at the pool that is "very" old but functional as well."

"Clean and a great place to stay"

"Nice location when you need to fly."

"It was difficult to fall asleep. The windows are not sound proof. I could hear a lot of highway noise"

"Communicating with hotel staff made checking in and booking difficult. Hotel lobby and hallways were cluttered. Room was overall clean but did have a strong cigarette odor, despite staying in a non-smoking room."
