"Friendly staff at the front desk "

"Renovation is going on I picked the hotel because I was told they had a gym. They do have a gym so the person that told me that was correct they just forgot to mention it's not open until renovation is complete. Shower drain was clogged. Bed and pillows was comfy. Fridge didn't work. Location is in walking distance of a variety of food choices. Check in was super quick and easy so that was nice. Room was pretty clean ac worked I didn't see any bugs so that's a plus. Breakfast was simple fruit,...

"The property is conveniently located and for the most part well maintained. Rooms are spacious. The provision of breakfast and a coffee/tea bar is appreciated. Blackout shades functioned perfectly. Note on the shower stall in the accessible room we were in: the dam to prevent water from flooding the bathroom was ineffective, leading to quite a bit of water on the bathroom floor. "

"Staff was nice. It’s an old property, and its age shows. Rooms are old looking, crumbling sidewalks, carpet in halls and room looked dingy, looks like it’s been painted several times, bumbles and bumps, painted over vs sanding it down, wall paper seems adhesive isn’t sticking well. Pool area is a mess."
