"No phone, no iron, bed was tiny even though it was listed as a King"

"We didn’t realize that the room came with king size bed. We requested a roller bed and they did not have one. Secondly the hair dryer was torn off the wall. They never put it back on. One thing that I did like was that the rooms were clean."

"We stay in about 20 hotel rooms a year. This was the worst bed I've had in a hotel room since I stayed at a Sleep Inn in Harrisburg in 2005. My wife thought that perhaps the mattress had been folded in half and stored somewhere for a period of time. When you got on the bed, the valley effect in the middle pulled you into it. My wife said she had had beds at summer camp that were stiffer than that mattress. I wonder whether our room was actually supposed to be a guest room. The hotel room...

"This is my third or fourth night staying here in a couple of months. Generally it’s fine for the money. Bare bones. Nice beds. Comfortable. But this last time, the TV remote only worked if I was 3 inches away from the TV and the hot water took about 10 minutes to warm up in the evening. It warmed up right away in the morning."

"This is a section 8 motel with few rooms to book. Our room looked like it was out of the 70’s and smelled like an old aquarium! They have fashioned window air conditioners in the plate glass window for the room as the interior unit doesn’t work! The room was dark and dreary! We found out that this used to be a “hot sheets” motel! You need to ask permission from the front desk to use the pool as there is no lifeguard and a strict schedule. We will not be staying there again!"

"Property was clean but a little dated. Extremely small older model tv with no movie channels. We were there on a Sunday and the bar was barely open. The location was good for the district venue for the show we were seeing. Pool looked clean."

From the beautiful surroundings, rich history and incredible views...to the scrumptious 5 star meals, accommodating staff and luxurious sparkling clean room...I honestly can not think of anywhere else that can top this elegant unique Castle!!! "I stayed for 4 nights, everyday I had my room cleaned and with cleaned towels :) the hotel is very clean, they could update some things but overall was a very nice stayed. Bed was comfy along with the pillows. usually I am very picky with that. The breakfast was very good and tasty. The food ohhhh the food was very very good!!"
