"Room wasn't cleaned when I arrived after a very long travel day and switched to another room where the AC WORKED partially. The room was not cleaned very well. This hotel defiantly needs to be remodeled and that carpet needs to be removed it was disgusting. The only thing that was good about the stay was the staff were nice. I will not stay at this property again when I visit Montgomery."

"Paying for parking should be NOTED before the room is booked. Alot of people don't expect to pay for parking ."

"Was not told housekeeping services were evry other day and still got no service on the third day evev after requesting. Had to almost beg for clean towels and ran out of soap. "

"The toilet chain was broken so we spent 2 days manually putting our hand in the tank to flush the toilet. Reported the problem upon check-in but was never fixed."

There was a bit of wait for our key from valet after it was parked out front. However, that minor delay did not dampen the excellent experience we had during our one night stay."

"We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. "The room was very clean and spacious. We checked in late and line to check in was very long, but the lady at the front desk treated every single person with kindness and the process flowed excellent"

"Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. The noise level was too much - I had asked about a quiet room and the front desk attendant put as right next to the elevator across from a room filled with screaming children who continually slammed doors. Front desk staff left mops out while not in use, and the stairwell was FILLED with old mattresses - made me wonder if there was a bed bug issue? I have never had an issue with a La Quinta before, this one made me think twice about staying again."
