"The room ceiling in 1522 had a big patch job that was very noticeable from a possible leak from above. To someone with OCD and having to look up at the ceiling that was very uncomfortable. I would suggest it need to be re-spackled and restored to its original look.
Also, the locking mechanism on the door had just been yanked off. It looked kind of trashy.
Other than that, the room was decent.
Housekeeping did knock on my door two hours before checkout which I did not appreciate. I did not...

"My experience was good, my room was a nice size and clean, the bed was comfortable, room has mostly everything you need with coffee/tea maker and mini fridge. But if you like microwave in your room, they don't have you have to go to the lobby. And I'm not sure if it depends on room, but if it's busy or they have a lot of guess, it's not completely quiet. You can hear people coming in and out as if they are close to your door. Other than that very good hotel and you get free breakfast every...

"The carpet in the first room we were given #904 was so dirty we asked to be moved. Room #915 was somewhat cleaner but still had a stained carpet and dirty chairs. We tried to use the TV in the room but it would not connect to any network. I went to use the room phone which did not work. I then went to the front desk to tell the person in charge of both of the problems. He told me to toggle the switch on the TV to HDI1. I tried this to no avail & gave up on the TV. I also told the desk manager...

"Let’s start with the good. The hotel was gorgeous, beautifully maintained while preserving the historic beauty.
Now for the bad. We arrived at 5:30 pm, when check in started at 4 pm, our room wasn’t officially released to us until 5:55. There was not even an apology offered, until my husband brought up that this was quite unfortunate, being that we only had the room for a total of 20 hours, so we were missing out on quite a chunk of the time we paid for. He was given only a voucher for 1 free...
