"The room was everything I dreamed of having in an Onsen. It was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. We chose the room with the western beds and found it quite comfortable and very spacious. We loved the mineral bath, and we love the fact that we had an indoor and an outdoor mineral pool."

"My friend had accidentally lost her backpack on the train just before we had arrived to the hotel for check in. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we asked to borrow their phone to call the lost in found center at the train station. After we explained the situation the hotel staff asked us what train we were on and what the backpack looked like and offered to call the station for us to help locate the backpack. This was a huge relief to us because we were worried about the language barrier over...

Hatten für das Dinner und Frühstück einen privaten Raum ( Japan Style) Das Dinner und Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bestand aus mehreren Gängen. Ein Lob an die Küche und das Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Rooms were clean, towels and japanese robes replaced each day. The onsens were clean, the outdoor one was usually empty, just for me. The gentleman at the reception was accommodating to us and gave us a few rides from the hotel to different locations (station, monkey park). "
