"I booked this hotel going on the reviews & i found it was an excellent hotel & under rated in its reviews. Check in was quick & smooth, the room was as described, food in the hotel for half board was very reasonable & well worth the option,all staff around the hotel were friendly & helpful,i had a problem with the tv & they sent a technician who tried to fix it but eventually replaced it with a straight out the box new tv, the pool areas are nice & especially the pool near reception, the gardens...

"Todo bien, es un sitio agradable, la piscina está abierto en un horario muy limitado, de 10 a 18 por lo que si vas con niños, no lo recomiendo,y para ser un desayuno tipo Brunch, no está tan variado, lo bueno es el horario que es extenso. del resto las habitaciones y las demas áreas son muy lindas, todo muy cómodo, baños y sabanas limpias, toallas y equipo de ña.habitacion excelente."

"Overall hotel was amazing as well as all staff members. Food was very good and fresh, everyday there were loungers available by the pool. The only minus of my stay was boring music at the pool. I think there was not much tought about different age groups. Also we didnt got extras which were listed on expedia ( receptionist said that it is not something they offer)."

"The hotel is clean and good base to explore the island, there is no parking at the property or any night staff or services after 10pm. These are the only negatives it’s a solid 3 star and very very clean"

Besondere Wünsche/ Anliegen, z.B. Bestellung von Blumen und Geburtstagstisch zum Frühstück wurden ganz liebevoll umgesetzt, inklusive eines Geburtstagsständchens vom anwesenden Personal. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet Mittags und Abends, für jeden Gaumen etwas dabei."

"This is a charming hotel directly across from a small beach. The location was great - close enough to Palma but away from the crowds. Additionally the staff really elevated our experience. It kind of felt like we were staying with a (large) family!"

"Das Hotel selbst war ok, allerdings sehr hellhörig, kein Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war gut, das Restaurant hatte Höhen und Tiefen im Service, war tw. nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Einmal sind wir gegangen, weil einige Speisen nicht verfügbar waren und man bei anderen keine Bereitschaft hatte, auch nur die geringste Abweichung zur Karte vorzunehmen. Schade! "

I did not try the swimming pool, but it looked a decent size. The buffet food did not have a huge number of options, but it was sufficient for me and the quality seemed good.
