"Zweiter Versuch und immer noch schlecht. Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein für so viele Gäste, lauter als eine Bahnhofshalle und es ist kein schönes Frühstück möglich. Die Auswahl ist „neija“ und das Personal nicht ausreichend. Gruselig ist, dass man trotz Online Check in 40 Minuten an der Rezeption steht und alles erneut ausfüllen muss, um dann ein Zimmer zu erhalten, das nicht der Beschreibung entspricht. "Tuvimos una estancia perfecta en este hotel en Mallorca. La vista es simplemente espectacular, una de las mejores que hemos disfrutado. "We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. "Das Zimmer selber IO. Die Betten für so ein Teueren Zimmer könnten besser sein. Die Terrasse sollte mann auch reinigen. Wen mann zimmer reinigt. Personal. Zufriedenstelend. Vorallem küchen Service. Und wen mann heizung einschaltet stinkt nach Kläranlage. "
