"On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. "Expensive for what it was. Took the host 2.5 hours to help us. The shower was broken. Very minimal appliances in the kitchen. However, the view was beautiful and a nice location"

"Simply tragic: The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!). Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.). The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature. The check-in link did not arrive on time. The bed was not flat. "Everything went well, but the cleaning cost seems a bit high and at no point during the booking process I was aware of it. It came as a surprise after booking was confirmed. I felt that this is a bit dishonest and just a money grab! "

"This hotel set the example that all others should follow. It will be hard to stay at another hotel and not think back to how they pale in comparison. Florian was amazingly friendly and a lot of fun to talk with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The morning breakfast they prepared was delicious and beyond all expectations. Sinaia is beautiful and this hotel is the crown jewel to top it all off. "
