"Clean room. Staff was great. Short walk to train station for airport transport or taxi/Uber easily available. Rooms are clean but realize they are no frills. Bring your own shower necessities as none are in the bathroom and are for purchase at the reception desk. We stayed here with an overnight layover and didn’t have any of those items in our carryon. Great place."

"I had the pleasure of staying here a few nights and it was great. Super nice staff, well appointed room, a new build so everything is fresh, good sound proofing, and super easy connections to airport and info central Copenhagen (M1 line and train station just 3min walk up the road). Most definitely recommend for anyone visiting Copenhagen or wider afield. A great stay for the price point and I will be back! "

"Everything was perfect, except for: shower gel dispenser was empty (refilled immediately), there wasn’t enough complementary bottled water in the room, and the lights were a bit tricky to work (and needed the room key in the socket to run them. Room was nice and shower was very hot and consistent."

"Breakfast was excellent. However we were unable to have dinner at the restaurant one night because an event at the arena across the street had it fully booked. Although when we arrived half the tables were available. We should have been informed when we checked in the day before that a reservation would be needed. On a positive note, we were provided an early check in...much appreciated after a tiring travel."

"We like the interior design and ambiance of this hotel, very unique. The reception staff team was excellent - so friendly and helpful. The Opera House view from my room was super. I personally prefer a traditional bathroom setting instead of all the pieces were separated into 3 directions."

"New hotel, a pain for taxis and ride share to find. Construction noise all morning because of the surrounding property developments. Staff can care less about your well being or needs. Good and cafe are very pricey for the quality. They don’t have laundry service, but they have a laundry room that is always in use by others. They don’t clean your room at all and if you want them to clean the room it’s a 100DKK. I will never stay here again."

"Room was large with two windows that opened for fresh air. Comfortable beds and bed linens, thick towels and very nice Rituals toiletries. Breakfast selection was excellent many choices of cereals meats fruit/vegetables yogurt breads and cooked to order eggs. Choices of coffees and teas Excellent location for visiting Copenhagen we walked everywhere. Would recommend "
