"Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me. Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine. The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty. Overall thank you Hotel Fresh One as I safely stay in this hotel."

"We love our stay here. The apartement is clean, big enough and new. The view is great as directly toward Batam center port. Within walk distance to get McD, kfc, JCO, etc. They prepare the bed, towel and shower stuff to accomodate all 6 of us.The bed is quite comfy. Overall, we would stay here again."

Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. "Very disappointing stay, one of the worst experiences. Taxi driver could not know the location and made several rounds before getting to the right place. So call a residence but no cooking utensils at all except one stained pan and one stainless pan but nothing else for cooking. Advertised that there is a swimming pool and in fact NO POOL. We had to ask for toilet roll and waited for TWO days. The bathroom floor was full of water. Really disappointed hotel experiences."
