"We had an amazing stay at nobu hotel this past week. Front desk staff are so helpful, they catered to all of our needs and felt like they went above and beyond. Breakfast included was so filling, and chefs were kind enough to cater specially for our baby. Super clean room, very luxurious , 10/10."

"Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

"When we arrived we learned there was no elevator. Staff helped us with our luggage up three floors. The air conditioning was not working and the room was 26 degrees. The AC never worked. There was also no hot water so we had to shower in cold water. We checked out the next morning and had to reschedule our whole weekend"
