"Negative review of a hotel where I booked a room for four people and found only one bed to sleep in with my husband and my two children. The staff were unpleasant and rude, and they told me I had to pay an extra charge. Even though the surcharge seemed excessive to me, I agreed to pay for an additional bed, but they never even brought it to the room. They didn’t seem to mind that four people were expected to sleep in one bed. We paid 250 euros, which is completely overpriced for what this hotel...

"Ideal stay for what I needed, although could be improved. I would like more control with the air con. A lot of settings can't be changed. Also the duvets need to be bigger. Why have a single sized duvet with a double bed? More coat hangers needed as well.
But overall a good stay and would stay again"

"The fact that random strangers are allowed access to the room without a key is extremely concerning. The hostel staff's explanation: that the person only comes once a year, is a weak excuse that only highlights how inadequate their safety and security measures are."
