"This is worth every penny. They have a shuttle that not only can get you and take you to the airport, but a shuttle to old town in Key West and back. The food was phenomenal, drinks were awesome and the staff were all willing to help. The pool was gorgeous and it is right across the street from Smathers beach. We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Key West. "

"The property is nothing like depicted on Expedia or any other travel site. It is misleading. The facilities are less than average. Everything is old and falling apart. The bathroom we had clearly hasn’t been updated in decades. While the room was an acceptable size, the wardrobe was small, very old and had doors that didn’t close. The pool is small, dingy and dirty. The provided breakfast was disappointing. The location is a 15 minute walk from Duval Street which is the main drag of the area....

"Shuttle times are extremely accurate. Beautfil place with friendly staff. Only wish checkout time was a bit later. Elevators were out our entire stay. We were on third floor. The staff did offer to help carry our luggage up."

"We enjoyed the visit. My finance did have an issue with needing a shower chair due to handicapped. May want to invest in this type of equipment. Otherwise perfect "

"Our room had a strong floral perfume odor that caused my husband to have an asthma episode. The other room the bathroom had black hair all over the floor. The office changed our room & sent the housekeeping staff to reclean the other bathroom. The resort is very dated & needs some serious updates."
