"The instructions to shuttle say “use the right channel” to the shuttle. Does “right” mean “righthand” or “correct” in this sentence? We followed the “correct” channel to the “shuttles” and never found this hotel pick up. Very confusing. This hotel is a crazy maze. Our room was not listed on the wall (170). "Wow! What a surprising gem! I had no idea when I booked this hotel that it would be so lovely. I was simply trying to find something close to the airport, but when I walked in the door—total delight! An absolutely stunning room with full bath and pillow soft bed. I slept like a dream and wish I could have stayed another week (!) I will definitely book again when I return!"

"Lifts were awkwardly placed. We needed to use the stairs. Noisy. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful. They were not available 24 hours as advertised. I needed to speak to someone overnight. When I went downstairs, there was no-one at the desk. When they were present, they were more focussed on laughing and joking between themselves than on the service of guests."

"Do not book a room in this hotel! They will double book your room and send you to another hotel 30 min away. The room was paid for and when my mother arrived to try and rest before an international flight the next morning, she was notified that her room was unavailable and that she would be sent to another hotel. She waited 2 hours and had to pay for the transport arranged by the hotel. Unacceptable treatment of guests, was our experience. Never booking here again."

"Arrived just before midnight, got to our room, walked into it and was it with the smell of cigarette smoke, despite it being listed as a non-smoking room. It smelts like an ashtray. Went down to tell the front desk and they seemed surprised, not sure how cleaning staff could not smell it, and while they did offer to move us rooms we were too tired to move and have an early flight. For the price expect more amenities, felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. Found out shuttle only runs until...

"Appears clean. Feels a little under serviced even for a Travelodge. No amenities to speak of, no hair dryer in room. Bare minimum and small, thin towels. Cigarette smoke smell seems to come through the bathroom vent. Toilet barely flushes. I wouldn't stay again but Swords is a neat town. Price was way too high for what is offered, even for a tourist season Saturday night. Lesson learned."
