"Liked that a restaurant was attached and the food was great. It got noisy at 3:00am as partiers returned and started slamming doors and shouting. Somebody complained and it quietened down."

"We actually stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel since the HI Express was closed for renovations. The front desk clerk helped us find a Saturday evening mass and arranged taxi transportation to and from church. She was very persistent in making sure we were taken care of!"

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo 3 notti (dal 1 al 3 novembre). Per un mio errore credevamo di aver prenotato anche la quarta notte. Quindi consapevoli di ciò nn abbiamo effettuato il check-out il giorno e l’orario previsto, o meglio abbiamo effettuato il check-out 4 ore dopo. Tutto ciò sottolineo fatto in buonafede . L’albergo per questa nostra svista ha pensato bene di trattenere 50€ di caparra versata al check-in senza aver in nessun modo cercato di contattarci ne telefonicamente ne via...

"The hotel was convenient to shopping and transportation. We had a double twin room and it was a very tight fit. Not much space in the bathroom to put any items."
