It has a lovely lobby and the pre-check-in experience was fine but when I arrived, there was no one around except someone who looked like he didn't even work there. No one came to the door to help with bags, and there was no doorman even though the main wooden doors are extremely heavy to open. The person behind the reception barely looked up, offered zero assistance, and provided no information at all...

"We had awful experience We first got a room that reeked like vomit The carpet was filthy . We went to reception and got moved to a better room. Carpet was also dirty stained. Airconditiner did not work properly. Coffee maker also had issues. Beds were comfortable and towels clean. This hotel advertises „exceptional breakfast” , it is far from truth Coffee express machine did not work. Also there supposed to be a pool and jacuzzi. Aparantly they never had it there. Locals call this hotel...

Empty upon arrival, called the front desk, the gentleman brought us all brand new bottles, but seemed to get rather upset because my dog barked at him. Stayed for three days, room service didn’t bother to wipe down anything that was accessible and cleared of personal belongings. Breakfast was mediocre. But again, it’s hotel. Our second time staying, pet friendly and very pleasant. Will definitely stay...

"We had a great stay at AutoCamp. The Airstream was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities around the property were excellent. One highlight was that we were able to borrow bicycles from the camp and ride around the nearby redwoods, which was a really enjoyable experience and a beautiful way to explore the area. "Pictures included a continental breakfast which was not available. Coffee only served. Pool and hot tub out of order with 100 degree temperatures. Very low quality, uncomfortable beds in room. No accommodations for infants. "
